Deck Update

While EL was taking a nap Papa and Mama built a wall for the back yard. We are done with the wall, so we will start planting and building the deck!

EL was enjoying taking pictures with his own camera after waking up.

Busy but Fun Sunday

This morning we packed our lunch and went to the zoo. This time EL really enjoyed watching black bears. There were four of them out today, and EL stayed there for almost 10 minutes! We enjoyed walking around and having lunch there. By 1 o'clock EL was quite tired, but he insisted on taking a nap in the car while we drove to a swimming pool. So Mama took a long way to the pool, and even made a stop at a gas station. Just when we were getting to the pool, EL woke up. We had so much fun at the pool as well. EL, for the first time, went onto a big water slide with Mama. He was very brave and he said he wasn't scared at all. Mama admitted to EL that she was scared when going to the slide.

Haircut at School!?

EL cut his own hair at school and surprised his teacher, his classmates, and HIMSELF! EL and Papa shaved their hair together that afternoon. :D Perfect timing for the summer!

Fun with Cousin

EL visited his cousin MM. They had lots of fun together!

Mother's Day Breakfast

We went over to Ouma and Opa's house and cooked breakfast. Happy Mother's Day!

National Train Day 2011

We got to see inside of a train at the show. There were cool rooms with beds, seats, and bathrooms!

Papa's Suitcase

Papa came back from his business trip on yesterday, and EL helped Papa carry his suitcase. The suitcase looks gigantic!!

Zozani the Bunny

EL visited Mama's school on Sunday since they had a festival. Before the festival, EL and Mama went inside to the classroom and said hello to Zozani. She was so fluffy and cute as usual. :) EL enjoyed the sun, and inflated obstacle course.

Card Making

EL started making thank-you cards to his teachers at his school for the Teacher Appreciation Day.

More Visit to the Zoo

Nowadays EL loves to spend more time looking at each animal or sign. He is starting to observe more and ask questions.
