Train Ride

We went to downtown and rode trains. It was cold, but the trains were not too crowded, so EL got sit down and look out of the windows.

Back to the Zoo

Today we met up with one of EL's classmates and his parents at the zoo. The weather was much better than yesterday, and we had so much fun!

Cold Picnic

Even though it's almost April, it's been so cold and wet! EL insisted on having a picnic at the zoo, so EL and Mama went to the zoo. We found a bench right by elephants' indoor space, and we had lunch there. EL still enjoyed watching some animals in spite of the weather.

Oh! Dango

EL tried o-dango, Japanese rice cake, for the first time the other day. He LOVEd it. :D

First Bowling Experience

Since EL and Mama are on spring break, we have a week off! Today we went to a library in the morning, and then, went bowling in the afternoon. It was EL's first time bowling. The lightest bowl they had was a "6." Mama helped EL roll his bowling ball, but he was quite satisfied with his score (though Mama helped him A LOT!).

Seiza

EL was sitting down on his chair with his knees folded.
"Why are you doing seiza on your chair?! Isn't it uncomfortable?"

"Road Trip"

EL was going on a "road trip" in his room, and packing up all his toys in his own "car." :)

Dr. Seuss's Birthday

He had a party at school to celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday.
