Bean Throwing Day
February 3 is Setsubun in Japan. (Here is a link about Setsubun: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Setsubun) We threw soybeans out the door and into the house to get rid of bad luck and bring in good luck.

Sounds like a fun tradition. Did you toast the soybeans first? I love hearing about all the events in Japan, some are similar to the US, and others are very different.
Enzo is lucky to have them all.
